Founded by Jacqueline, a Brazilian of Italian descent, whose academic, professional, and personal journey has always been deeply connected to the international environment, high-level customer service, education, travel, and multicultural interaction.Jacqueline first experienced Ireland as an exchange student at the age of 21, so she understands the uncertainty, adjustments, and challenges that come with moving abroad.

Jacqueline holds a bachelor's degree in International Trade and built part of her career in the corporate market, working in large multinational companies , where she developed experience in customer relations, the international business environment, communication, negotiation, and serving different types of audiences.

Her international career also includes solid experience in the aviation industry. Jacqueline lived in the Middle East and worked for several years as a flight attendant in Business Class for one of the leading international airlines , serving passengers of different nationalities and cultures. This experience further honed her skills in premium service, hospitality, multicultural communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Her connection to Ireland began long before the creation of Horizon. At 21, Jacqueline moved to the country as an exchange student, personally experiencing the entire process of adapting to a new culture, language, routine, and reality far from home.

Having lived through this experience, she is intimately familiar with the doubts, insecurities, and challenges that can arise when planning an international move—from the initial decisions to adapting to life in the new country.

Throughout her career, Jacqueline has visited 85 countries and lived in diverse cultural contexts. This experience has broadened her understanding of people, families, and different ways of life, contributing to a truly international, welcoming, and individualized approach.
